After the leprechaun came... check out the loot!
Our trap, set and ready to go...
Kennedy learned all about leprechauns at pre-school. She learned how to catch them and taught Jay and I. So last night we set a trap (a blanket tied to yard posts) with a shiny piece of aluminum foil for bait... (Kennedy taught us they like shiny stuff). And then we waited... well we didn't catch a leprechaun, but apparently if you don't catch them they leave treats. When we came out a few minutes after we set the trap the leprechaun had come, taken the foil, and left us a treat. What a nice leprechaun! Maybe we'll catch one next year. Happy St. Patricks Day!
